TL;DR

Customer Growth Marketing Manager (SaaS): Owning the strategy and execution for activating and engaging the existing customer base in the Benelux region with an accent on generating sales-ready meetings and increasing lifetime value. Focus on designing long-term customer marketing engines, lifecycle engagement, and customer advocacy programs to drive retention and expansion.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands (must be based in the Netherlands)

Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute commercially focused customer activation campaigns to generate meetings and pipeline.
  • Build multichannel campaigns across email, in-app, webinars, and events with clear CTAs.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to identify and initiate upsell and cross-sell conversations.
  • Establish and scale customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and speaking opportunities.
  • Design lifecycle programs to optimize user onboarding and accelerate feature adoption.
  • Partner with Product Marketing on community initiatives and Voice of the Customer programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer, lifecycle, or revenue marketing.
  • Proven track record of running campaigns that directly generate pipeline and meetings.
  • Fluent Dutch (C1+) and English.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands for hybrid work in Amsterdam.
  • Strong commercial mindset and data-driven approach to conversion and impact.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Intercom, Planhat, or Mixpanel.
