What you will do

  • Own and optimize HubSpot configurations including workflows, pipelines, automations, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain lifecycle flows for onboarding, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal campaigns.
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive manual tasks.
  • Enable brand managers by creating templates, how-to guides, and training them on platform usage.
  • Ensure data integrity across HubSpot, billing, and internal customer data platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Centre of Excellence to shape operational processes and playbooks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot including workflows, lists, and reporting.
  • Strong interest and practical experience in AI, specifically in prompt engineering or agentic workflows.
  • Natural teaching ability with a focus on knowledge sharing and documentation.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with comfort in handling data flows between CRM and billing systems.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving environment without predefined playbooks.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Skanderborg, Denmark (Hybrid).
