What you will do

  • Define and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across multiple healthcare brands.
  • Own key metrics including activation, retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing CRM team.
  • Develop sophisticated segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies.
  • Establish a rigorous testing culture and leverage analytics to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Product, Medical, and Data teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention, with leadership experience in fast-growing digital businesses.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Proven track record of scaling CRM functions and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms like Braze, Customer.io, or Iterable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Looker, or GA4.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing CRM across multiple brands or product categories.
  • Familiarity with subscription businesses, healthtech, or regulated industries.
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance and customer data infrastructure.
