Location: Must be based in New York, NY; role requires at least four days per week in the office.
Salary: $130,000–$150,000/year.

What you will do
- Design and enhance enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes.
- Lead the continuous improvement of performance management frameworks and tools.
- Equip HR Business Partners and executive leaders with frameworks for goal-setting, feedback, and talent assessment.
- Partner with analytics teams to translate talent data into actionable recommendations.
- Drive adoption of new talent tools and processes through effective change management.
- Promote inclusive and equitable talent practices within a global, matrixed environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven leadership in managing talent review and succession planning at scale.
- Experience operating within global or matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into high-impact recommendations.
- Demonstrated credibility with senior leaders and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work from the New York office four days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficiency with Workday Talent & Performance modules.
