What you will do

• Design and enhance enterprise-wide talent review and succession planning processes.
• Lead the continuous improvement of performance management frameworks and tools.
• Equip HR Business Partners and executive leaders with frameworks for goal-setting, feedback, and talent assessment.
• Partner with analytics teams to translate talent data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive adoption of new talent tools and processes through effective change management.
• Promote inclusive and equitable talent practices within a global, matrixed environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proven leadership in managing talent review and succession planning at scale.
• Experience operating within global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into high-impact recommendations.
• Demonstrated credibility with senior leaders and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Must be able to work from the New York office four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency with Workday Talent & Performance modules.
