Salary: $237,000–$355,500

What you will do

• Shape and execute the people strategy for HMI in alignment with business priorities and the broader hirify.global vision.
• Lead and develop a global team of HR Business Partners across multiple geographies.
• Partner with senior executives to translate business strategy into workforce and talent priorities.
• Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and talent strategies for critical and executive roles.
• Guide organizational design and change initiatives to support growth, innovation, and evolving business needs.
• Use data and insights to support strong people decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, global organization.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders to influence executive-level decisions.
• Broad expertise in talent management, organizational design, and change management.
• Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in technology, engineering, or innovation-driven environments strongly preferred.
• Experience leading globally dispersed HR teams.
