What you will do
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that improve performance and engagement.
- Advise on organizational design, including structure, role clarity, and decision rights.
- Support leaders and teams through change by driving alignment, communication, and accountability.
- Diagnose complex organizational issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
- Coach and challenge leaders on talent, culture, leadership effectiveness, and risk management.
- Collaborate across the People Team to deliver integrated solutions in talent planning, performance management, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, including direct partnership with senior leaders.
- Proven experience operating in fast-paced, complex, and high-change environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational design and change management.
- Ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders with confidence and sound judgment.
- Experience supporting diverse business functions and leadership styles.
- Strong HR functional depth across talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
