What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies that improve performance and engagement.
• Advise on organizational design, including structure, role clarity, and decision rights.
• Support leaders and teams through change by driving alignment, communication, and accountability.
• Diagnose complex organizational issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions.
• Coach and challenge leaders on talent, culture, leadership effectiveness, and risk management.
• Collaborate across the People Team to deliver integrated solutions in talent planning, performance management, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, including direct partnership with senior leaders.
• Proven experience operating in fast-paced, complex, and high-change environments.
• Strong expertise in organizational design and change management.
• Ability to influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders with confidence and sound judgment.
• Experience supporting diverse business functions and leadership styles.
• Strong HR functional depth across talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
