What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with brokers, banks, asset managers, and trading firms in the London market.
- Act as a commercial partner providing insights into Equities, ETFs, and the broader trading ecosystem.
- Support the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to cross-selling initiatives across the product suite.
- Represent the company externally at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Market Data, and Post Trade to ensure high-quality client service.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Equity Sales, Electronic Trading Sales, ETF Sales, or Capital Markets Sales.
- Strong understanding of the London market ecosystem and key market participants.
- Deep knowledge of equity markets, market structure, trading workflows, and execution trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on client outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Nice to have
- Existing client relationships across sell-side or buy-side participants.
- Understanding of electronic trading, algos, liquidity, and trading venue dynamics.
- Knowledge of post-trade processes and the broader trade lifecycle.
