TL;DR

Sales Solution Lead (Fintech): Driving the sales cycle for trade surveillance solutions by providing deep product expertise and acting as a trusted advisor to clients with an accent on regulatory compliance and market surveillance needs. Focus on articulating product value, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and supporting deal progression across Continental Europe.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office).

What you will do

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and position surveillance solutions effectively.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on trade surveillance concepts and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead client presentations to articulate product differentiation and value propositions.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT functions.
  • Contribute to the full sales cycle, including RFP/RFI responses and objection handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional experience in client-facing or solution-oriented roles.
  • Strong expertise in trade and market surveillance and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear solution narratives.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Must be based in London with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

  • Experience in capital markets, FinTech, or regulated surveillance environments.
  • Deep knowledge of market abuse trends and regulatory developments.
  • Experience supporting sales activities across multiple countries or regions.
