What you will do

• Support the Northern BDM team with pre- and post-sale information to drive new business opportunities.
• Develop communications for financial advisers and collate data to build and maintain distribution panels.
• Conduct research on industry themes and competitor analysis to support the Sales Director.
• Coordinate adviser meetings and events, both virtual and physical, including attendee follow-up and CPD certificates.
• Manage and edit content on the Distribution Intranet (SharePoint) and training web pages.
• Liaise across various departments, including investment managers, research, and marketing.

Requirements

• Simple understanding of financial services.
• Reliable and adaptable approach with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong appetite for learning.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for regular collaboration with regional and national teams.
• Ability to balance priorities effectively to meet agreed deadlines.
• Willingness to gain required industry qualifications if not already held.
• Background in Distribution, Sales, or Marketing is considered a benefit.
