System Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Resolve internal IT incidents and manage changes from preparation to communication.
• Improve the IT environment through the automation of repetitive tasks.
• Manage devices and applications across Windows and Apple ecosystems.
• Maintain Microsoft 365, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and office networking.
• Handle server maintenance and implement Nextcloud solutions.
• Collaborate on-site as part of the operational backbone for 650 global colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Informatica, ICT, System & Network Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in building and managing IT infrastructure and systems support.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Okta, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Netskope (VPN), Firewall/Switch management, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS.
• Permanent residency and work permit for the Netherlands.
