What you will do

• Oversee daily production floor operations and provide technical support to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to address production quality issues and ensure compliance.
• Manage production documentation, reporting, and inventory of materials and tools.
• Support team supervision, skill development, and promote safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in ’s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in electronics or high-tech.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support production emergencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytical tools like Minitab or Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
