What you will do

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets for EMEA employees, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.
• Handle the full device lifecycle, including configuration, shipping, and maintenance of Mac and PC laptops.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning.
• Administer identity and access management using Okta and related workflows.
• Provide hands-on support for office networking, Wi-Fi, and Zoom Rooms AV equipment.
• Document IT playbooks and optimize workflows to scale regional IT operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or workplace technology.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and provisioning both Mac and Windows environments.
• Strong experience with MDM/UEM platforms for device management.
• Experience with Okta for user provisioning and access troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of office networking and endpoint connectivity.
• Experience supporting conferencing tools like Zoom Rooms.
