Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Global role with travel required)

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of 7–8 IT Operations professionals across EMEA, APAC, and other non-US regions.
- Partner with the Americas IT Operations lead to build a unified global operating model with consistent service standards.
- Design and implement a 24x7 follow-the-sun support model to ensure global coverage.
- Improve helpdesk effectiveness, including SLAs, SLOs, ticket quality, and CSAT metrics.
- Manage hardware lifecycle operations, including procurement, inventory, and retirement.
- Co-own the design and rollout of white-glove Executive IT Support.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading IT Operations, Service Desk, or regional IT teams in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build or scale IT operations across multiple countries and time zones.
- Experience leading teams of 7–8+ people, including hiring and performance management.
- Strong hands-on technical background in modern workplace technologies, networking, and AV.
- Must be authorized to work in the country of application.
- Willingness to travel to office locations as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth technology, cloud, or AI infrastructure companies.
- Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Jamf.
- Background in compliance-driven environments (SOX, SOC 2, ISO).
- Experience with automation, AI triage, or self-service programs.
