What you will do

  • Execute daily processes across trading, reconciliation, settlement, and corporate actions.
  • Investigate operational breaks and failed transactions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and reconcile operational data across internal and external systems.
  • Improve operational processes and controls to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience, Product, and Compliance teams on operational investigations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to FCA requirements, including AML/KYC and CASS.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in investment operations within financial services, wealth management, or fintech.
  • Hands-on experience in trading, reconciliation, settlement, or corporate actions.
  • Strong understanding of investment operations processes and controls.
  • English: C1 level or above required.
  • Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SQL or operational tooling.
  • Experience in fintech startups or scale-ups.
