What you will do

• Maintain structured mapping of virtual account and global banking product providers across various corridors and currencies.
• Map access to global payment schemes (SWIFT, SEPA, FedNow, etc.), including access routes and settlement timing.
• Research and compare disbursement options across account-based rails, mobile wallets, and blockchain/stablecoin rails.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new providers, managing documentation and KYC processes across internal stakeholders.
• Build and track implementation plans, milestones, and dependencies through to go-live.
• Monitor provider performance via dashboards and produce recurring reports for steering committees.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in payments, banking, treasury, or fintech.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills for building comparison models.
• Working knowledge of virtual accounts, cross-border payment rails, and real-time payment schemes.
• Knowledge of digital asset rails across public and private blockchain environments.
• Must be based in London, UK to work from the assigned office.

Nice to have

• Exposure to KYC and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with Tier 1 providers and embedded banking models.
