What you will do

• Lead product solutions and business growth for hard drives, SSDs, and systems to meet revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and market development through engagement and commercial execution for HDD/SSD clients.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to formulate and execute business strategies for a healthy downstream channel environment.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to expand market share within specific segments and geographic regions.
• Analyze market trends and customer pain points to translate business strategies into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (graduating between 2024 and 2026) with no more than two years of post-graduation experience.
• Strong interest in the IT storage industry and HDD/SSD hardware sector.
• English proficiency: Strong written and spoken skills (CET-6, TEM-4 or above) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Location: Must be based in Beijing, China.

Nice to have

• Graduates from top-tier universities (985/211 institutions or Ivy League schools).
• Overseas study experience.
