What you will do
- Identify, reach out to, and sign high-growth brands and direct retailers as QLS partners.
- Articulate how QLS’s M2C model and automated logistics technology solve unique supply chain pain points.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline via cold outreach and networking across APAC and global retail sectors.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and commercial proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing structures, SLAs, and legal terms.
- Collaborate with Operations and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of B2B/B2C sales or business development experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring mid-to-large scale accounts.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Must be located in Shenzhen, China.
- Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup.

- Existing network of contacts within the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry in Greater China or APAC.
