What you will do

• Lead product solutions and growth for HDDs, SSDs, and systems to meet revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Drive customer acquisition and commercial execution for storage customers.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to formulate and execute reliable business strategies.
• Sustain and expand market share while improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Translate market trends and customer pain points into actionable business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (graduating 2024-2026) with no more than two years of post-graduation experience.
• Strong written and spoken English skills (CET-6, TEM-4, or above).
• Strong interest in the IT storage industry and HDD/SSD hardware sector.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be located in Shenzhen, China.

Nice to have

• Graduation from top-tier universities (985/211 institutions or Ivy League schools).
• Overseas study experience.
