What you will do

• Analyze and optimize creative production workflows to identify and remove operational bottlenecks.
• Decompose creative requests into clear technical requirements for the development team.
• Own and manage projects dedicated to the evolution of the internal management system.
• Research and implement AI-based tools to multiply the weekly and monthly volume of creative assets.
• Facilitate alignment between creative producers, the Head of Design, and software developers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Production Manager.
• Track record of automating back-office or production workflows in tech companies or agencies.
• High level of proactivity and ownership in driving solutions from analysis to completion.
• Ability to transform operational chaos into structured algorithms and functional specs.
• Strong understanding of the underlying logic of software systems, databases, and integrations.

Nice to have

• Interest and experience in integrating Generative AI tools into workflows.
• Personal experience with no-code or low-code automation projects.
• Prior experience in creative production, marketing, or advertising agencies.
