Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of mortgage lenders to drive platform adoption, renewals, and expansion with an accent on relationship management and ROI demonstration. Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USD annually

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of banks, credit unions, and IMBs throughout the post-implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure 100% contract renewal and proactively mitigate at-risk accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate platform ROI and align on future roadmaps.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities for new modules and expanded platform capabilities.
- Educate clients on advanced features, including Agentic AI workflows and automation tools.
- Serve as the internal advocate for client feedback to influence Product and Engineering priorities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Experience working with mortgage lenders and knowledge of the loan origination process.
- Proven ability to retain and grow a book of business through relationship management.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder organizations from operations to C-level.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior audiences.
- Experience identifying and closing upsell or expansion opportunities.
Nice to have
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within enterprise SaaS or fintech.
- Direct experience with LOS platforms or mortgage technology software.
- Familiarity with AI-powered automation and explaining technical features to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with regulated financial institutions and compliance sensitivities.
