What you will do

  • Design end-to-end new systems and player journeys, including progression, onboarding, and re-engagement flows.
  • Create design solutions that appeal to both existing veteran players and entirely new audiences.
  • Develop hypotheses and run A/B tests, using live performance data and community insight to iterate on designs.
  • Own the player-first vision for specific features, synthesizing signals from analytics and creators into the core game.
  • Drive execution with high autonomy within a small, independent "cell" structure.

Requirements

  • Strong systems design experience on live games, focusing on progression, motivation loops, or game economies.
  • Ability to read analytics and design A/B tests to act on results independently.
  • Proven track record of transforming ambiguous, open-ended problems into concrete design proposals.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to give and receive direct, constructive feedback.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Helsinki or London.

Nice to have

  • Deep background in game economies and long-term player motivation.
  • Experience specifically with funnel optimization and progression revamps.
  • Passion for and familiarity with Clash of Clans.
