What you will do

• Design and develop game systems, mechanics, and content for live and new mobile titles to ensure scalable gameplay.
• Balance in-game economies, monetization systems, and progression loops to optimize business performance.
• Analyze KPIs and player behavior to identify improvements and propose data-driven design solutions.
• Develop live operations events and new content to increase retention and engagement.
• Produce comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specs, flows, and UX/UI concepts.
• Collaborate with product owners, artists, and engineers to ensure seamless feature implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design within a mobile F2P studio, specifically in casual or hybrid-casual games.
• Expertise in mechanics, systems design, economy design, monetization, and live ops.
• Proven experience managing complex design projects in iterative development environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and KPIs to guide design decisions.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Deep passion for mobile casual and hybrid-casual genres and awareness of market trends.
