What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of seasonal and promotional content roadmaps, including seasons and limited-time drops.
• Define content pillars and implement items, offers, goals, and passes using live service tools.
• Collaborate with Economy and Product teams to tune content for fairness, desirability, and pacing.
• Monitor content performance via dashboards and player feedback to guide rapid iteration and quality improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing and operating live service content for AAA games (console, PC, or mobile).
• Proven track record of shipping seasonal content such as rewards, objectives, and storefront items.
• Experience with live ops tooling and config-driven systems using reusable templates.
• Deep knowledge of live service cadence, player motivation loops, and economy fundamentals (sources/sinks).
• Strong interest and understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport to ensure authentic content for the community.
