What you will do

• Design and optimize game systems for player progression, engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Own the design, balancing, and ongoing management of the in-game economy and virtual goods pricing.
• Plan and manage seasonal content strategies and live operations initiatives.
• Analyze gameplay metrics and player behavior to generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and evolve gameplay systems.
• Design and evaluate experiments to optimize player outcomes and business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior or experienced mid-level game design role, specifically within mobile F2P and midcore environments.
• Proven track record of shipping game systems focused on economy balancing and live operations.
• Hands-on experience with at least one live-operated free-to-play mobile game.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Availability to work within European time zones and core collaboration hours.
• Proficiency in analyzing gameplay data, developing hypotheses, and measuring outcomes.
