What you will do

• Lead the design of systems across the game team to ensure all features align with the core and meta-loops.
• Act as the primary bridge between the economy, product, and game design teams to ensure feature complementarity.
• Collaborate with the Product Performance team to tune LiveOps strategies and seasonal content.
• Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven methodologies to translate complex systems into actionable economy tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P system design with a proven track record of maintaining complex economies.
• Experience with games featuring layered progression systems, such as casual action-combat or RTS card battlers.
• Advanced proficiency in mathematical modeling and simulation using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate high-level product goals into detailed technical specifications.
• Mastery in articulating complex system design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Résumé/CV must be written in English.
