What you will do

• Define gameplay design principles and best practices for the team.
• Design, build, test, and refine levels for live mobile game cores.
• Iterate on gameplay systems and balancing based on player behavior and analytics.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and product leads to implement improvements.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance design efficiency and content optimization.
• Analyze market trends and competitor games to identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in level and gameplay design for successful casual mobile games.
• Strong experience with Match-3, Tile Blaster, or similar puzzle titles.
• Proven track record of building and shipping content in a live game environment.
• Proficiency with Unity.
• Deep understanding of engagement loops, progression systems, and balancing.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Experience using data and player feedback to drive design decisions.
