What you will do

• Own the design and delivery of complete data analytics solutions from initial idea to implementation.
• Prepare and analyze data to translate complex business problems into actionable data stories.
• Develop critical reporting and measurement frameworks for the Trip Planning mission.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with UX, AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Product teams.
• Create intuitive and insightful visualizations to answer business questions for stakeholders.
• Act as a force multiplier by coaching and mentoring junior peers in the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics roles.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and communicating complex results clearly.
• Must be based in or have a valid work permit for the Netherlands as no relocation assistance is provided.

Nice to have

• Track record of building, launching, and scaling new product experiences from the ground up.
• Hands-on experience working with AI-native or AI-enhanced customer-facing applications.
