What you will do
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 5–6 analysts to ensure analytical excellence.
- Partner with product and commercial leadership to define OKRs, success metrics, and go-to-market strategies.
- Own analytics across the full growth funnel, including acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Design and evaluate experiments, including A/B tests, to assess feature impact and product changes.
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders to drive business decisions.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis and maintain modern, GenAI-native workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product or digital analytics with a track record of influencing strategy.
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C digital products and user behavior analysis.
- Experience scaling products from early adoption to market growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 5+ people.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R, plus experience with cloud data platforms and BI tools.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
