What you will do

• Support teams in defining financial goals and tracking progress against key performance indicators.
• Drive process changes to ensure financial data collection is accurate and actionable.
• Build and maintain reports, visualizations, dashboards, and AI-driven analytics agents.
• Improve data pipelines and models to facilitate seamless access to financial targets.
• Present findings to stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Payments, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or Statistics.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience working with financial data.
• Full proficiency with SQL and experience with data transformation tools like dbt, Dataform, or SQLMesh.
• Strong experience with BI and dashboard building tools.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R and familiarity with statistical concepts.
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship status must be declared).

• Domain knowledge in payments.
