What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain interactive business dashboards.
• Contribute to ETL/ELT processes and monitor data quality.
• Design and refine AI-driven analytical agents to automate reporting.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analysis plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure data alignment.
• Perform exploratory analysis and turn ad-hoc requests into reusable assets.

Requirements

• Experience in a data analyst or related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with confidence in Excel.
• Solid grounding in statistics, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.
• Ability to translate technical data findings into actionable business insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and experience with data validation practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Superset.
