What you will do

• Partner with Product teams to analyze user journeys and conduct A/B tests using Amplitude.
• Extract and analyze data using SQL and Tableau to build impactful dashboards and visualizations.
• Utilize Lumos, an internal AI data agent, to surface new insights and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with Data Platform engineers to ensure data availability and process efficiency.
• Provide analytical support for AI-powered tools, such as the Reach and Mail products.
• Guide Product Managers on whether and how to scale emerging business opportunities through data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product, Data, or Business Analyst.
• Hands-on SQL expertise for writing queries and optimizing dashboard models.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or similar.
• Experience with A/B testing and user journey analysis.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amplitude or other product analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts.
