What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards for sales performance and inventory tracking.
• Integrate data flows from ERP, CRM, and external market sources to ensure a unified business view.
• Identify and automate manual reporting tasks using AI tools, Python, or R scripting.
• Ensure high data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies across reporting tools.
• Support the Business Planning team with ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive visual tools for stakeholders.

Requirements

• English: Fluent written and verbal proficiency required.
• 2–6 years of experience in data analysis, sales operations, or business intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency in Tableau is required.
• Strong experience with Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas).
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proactive approach to technology and automation.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
