What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business goals and create solution blueprints through workshops and mock-ups.
• Prepare, clean, and enrich datasets through mapping and feature engineering to establish stable datasets for analysis.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized reports using advanced visualization tools.
• Conduct comprehensive statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to extract actionable insights.
• Translate complex technical and analytical findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s Data Science and Generative AI offerings and represent the company at professional events.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting role.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French.
• Valid work permit for Belgium (company is unable to provide sponsorship).
• Hands-on experience with Python or R, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Proficiency with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Knowledge of cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
