What you will do

  • Identify and secure high-impact partnerships in Fintech, eCommerce, and other relevant industries.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners to drive meaningful business impact.
  • Scale customer acquisition from 15 to 60 new customers per month within a year.
  • Optimize partner performance to increase revenue and customer contributions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement seamless partner solutions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure partners meet agreed-upon goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Partnerships role within a startup or tech company (Fintech, eCommerce, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of signing new partnerships and driving incremental growth.
  • Located in Australia (preferably Sydney).
  • Strong ownership, humility, and structured thinking.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making.
