What you will do

• Execute a comprehensive partner strategy for LATAM aligned with global objectives.
• Manage sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through motions across GSIs, OEMs, and payment processors.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
• Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced revenue growth across key verticals.
• Develop joint action plans focused on pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
• Manage partner governance, reporting, and performance metrics using BI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development within the software industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful global partner strategies.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of the banking and financial institutions industry.
• Familiarity with AI, big data, and machine learning technologies.
• Ability to travel globally as needed.
