TL;DR

Strategic Partner Manager - Payments (Fintech): Build and scale a portfolio of hirify.global and fintech partnerships by acting as the “product owner” for partnership roadmaps and go-to-market execution. Focus on designing GTM playbooks for new integrations, removing friction in merchant onboarding, and driving data-driven adoption and revenue growth with a multi-year lens.

Location: Austin, TX

Salary: $161,000.00-$221,000.00 USD (base + commission)

What you will do

  • Own strategic partnerships end-to-end: build executive relationships, advocate for partner needs internally, and influence partner roadmaps.
  • Design and deploy go-to-market playbooks for new integrations and market expansions with hirify.global Product and Marketing.
  • Partner with Product and Client Success to eliminate onboarding friction and ensure fintech integrations are world-class from day one.
  • Define and track KPIs to drive merchant adoption and revenue, pivoting strategies based on performance data.
  • Plan and manage balanced multi-year revenue growth so partnerships scale sustainably.
  • Mentor and coach the wider team by sharing wins, strategies, and continuous-improvement practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account or partner management experience in SaaS, including experience with large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue quotas in mid-market or enterprise environments.
  • Experience working directly with Product/Engineering to shape technical roadmaps.
  • Strong communication skills to lead executive stakeholder discussions and collaborate in technical detail.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to improve processes and act with minimal direction.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (domestic/international).

Nice to have

  • Genuine interest in payments economics and fintech stacks.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) to draft content and synthesize partner data.
