What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of B2C alliance partners, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
  • Execute structured account plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners.
  • Expand the referral channel by identifying and onboarding new partners in HR, benefits, and global mobility sectors.
  • Track partner performance, including conversion and activation, using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop partner-specific campaigns and collateral.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on commission reporting and contract compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B and B2C partnerships in financial services, payments, or FX.
  • Experience with employee benefits or member-based distribution models.
  • Strong understanding of consumer FX and cross-border payments.
  • Proficiency in CRM hygiene and operational reporting via Salesforce.
  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada for hybrid work.
