TL;DR

Technology Partner Manager (SaaS, HR Tech, FinTech): Developing, monetizing, and managing hirify.global’ partner marketplace with an accent on driving partner enablement, integration success, and co-selling workflows that contribute to broader growth strategy. Focus on identifying and onboarding new technology partners, coordinating integration requirements with Product and Engineering, and tracking partner performance against revenue targets.

Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $109,000–$125,000 base wage + competitive On-Target Earnings up to $70,000 in incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Support the development and launch of the partner marketplace to enable scalable revenue growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new technology partners.
  • Coordinate integration requirements and timelines with Product and Engineering.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships, driving engagement and GTM alignment.
  • Build and deliver partner enablement materials for adoption and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on co-selling motions, pipeline management, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Technology Partnerships, Product Partnerships, Partner Sales, or Business Development.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting partnerships that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and/or Engineering.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, benefits, FinTech, or platform ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration concepts, and technical partner requirements (no coding required).
  • Experience with Salesforce and partner management systems.
  • Exposure to marketplace monetization or ecosystem-based revenue models.
