What you will do
- Design and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns and multi-touch funnels to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Build scalable customer journeys and nurturing programs tailored to different audience segments.
- Own and scale marketing automation initiatives using Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.
- Drive performance improvement through A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and AI-powered experimentation.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to track CAC, conversion rates, and overall marketing impact.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across marketing automation, digital marketing, and web experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and funnel design within SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Pardot, Engagement Studio, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and aligning paid acquisition with lead nurturing.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and marketing attribution.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring teams.
- Fluency in English is required for operating in an international, cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth SaaS environments with familiarity with ARR, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Experience managing campaigns across EMEA and North America.
- Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or RollWorks.
- Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.
