What you will do

  • Own campaign execution in Account Engagement (Pardot), including email, nurtures, and segmentation.
  • Evolve lead scoring models by integrating engagement data, event activity, and 6sense intent signals.
  • Maintain and improve marketing reporting across Salesforce, GA4, and BI dashboards.
  • Operationalize AI-driven workflows using tools like Greenlight, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Ensure data governance and quality across CRM, automation platforms, and SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing, RevOps, and IT to standardize campaign workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring models, and funnel metrics.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across platforms like 6sense, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools including GA4 and BI platforms.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the US at the time of application.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zuar, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Interest and familiarity with applying AI tools to marketing workflows.
  • Background in process-oriented roles focused on scalability and efficiency.
