What you will do

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads to drive demand generation.
  • Manage SEO strategy, blog content, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Own the marketing automation platform (Salesforce Account Engagement/Pardot) for lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Oversee social media presence and support executive thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track MQLs, CPL, and pipeline ROI.
  • Manage external contractors and vendors for design and content support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and data-driven reporting.
  • Strong written communication skills for ad copy and content creation.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity or IAM technology products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and MQL-to-SQL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing workflows.
  • Experience managing webinar platforms and freelance relationships.
