Location: San Mateo, CA, USA (hybrid; onsite expectations 3x/week, Tues–Thurs)
Salary: $130,000 - $162,000 annually (target bonus eligible)

What you will do
- Define, build, and scale global integrated campaigns and demand programs to exceed new logo leads, pipeline, and revenue goals across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Execute digital outbound tactics globally within governance frameworks, optimizing high-impact email and paid media campaigns.
- Partner with product marketing, brand, and sales leadership to deliver a high-quality, seamless experience for new prospects.
- Manage and guide agencies and external partners, ensuring best-in-class strategies and execution across digital demand generation channels.
- Analyze campaign and pipeline performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations for team-level improvements.
- Support AI, personalization, and marketing automation initiatives to scale content and improve engagement; enforce data hygiene with Marketing Ops and RevOps.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience in global demand generation and new business acquisition campaigns.
- Hands-on proficiency defining and executing strategies across digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GDN, SEM, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret multi-dimensional campaign, pipeline, and revenue data and produce organizational-level recommendations.
- Proven ownership and independence in leading multi-channel campaigns with minimal oversight in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle stages, and expansion motions.
- Growth mindset with a bias for action, including identifying opportunities for testing and continuous improvement.
