What you will do
- Manage an end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Establish a market presence within your assigned territory and build relationships with the small business community.
- Proactively prospect for new business leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
- Gain a sound understanding of hirify.global' value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential customers.
- Provide customer feedback and suggest innovative ideas to generate sales and improve customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador for hirify.global and travel in-territory for networking events and client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Executive position.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing deals.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation in a high-velocity setting (e.g., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo is required.
- Cold-calling experience is required for this position.
- Must possess a hunter mentality, dedicated to acquiring new prospects, netting new logos, and closing deals.
