TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Expanding customer base and driving revenue growth through a full sales cycle with an accent on pipeline management, market research, and contract negotiation. Focus on establishing territory presence, prospecting new business, and being a trusted advisor to small business customers.

Location: Remote in the USA with required in-territory travel (25%) within the Miami area.

Salary: $83,700 USD (base wage in Miami office) with competitive On-Target Earnings up to $163,700 USD.

What you will do

  • Manage an end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Establish a market presence within your assigned territory and build relationships with the small business community.
  • Proactively prospect for new business leveraging market research, sales tools, and cold outreach.
  • Gain a sound understanding of hirify.global' value proposition and effectively communicate it to potential customers.
  • Provide customer feedback and suggest innovative ideas to generate sales and improve customer experience.
  • Act as an ambassador for hirify.global and travel in-territory for networking events and client meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Account Executive position.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing deals.
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation in a high-velocity setting (e.g., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo is required.
  • Cold-calling experience is required for this position.
  • Must possess a hunter mentality, dedicated to acquiring new prospects, netting new logos, and closing deals.
