What you will do

• Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide technical solutions for the BHFS program.

• Bridge communication between engineering, security, product, and commercial disciplines.
• Manage a team of approximately 10 people, providing coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
• Run governance for large, complex programs involving senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in software delivery or technical program management.
• Deep technical background, ideally within e-commerce, payments, or regulatory contexts.
• Proven experience managing high-performing teams, including managing managers.
• Expertise in technical program management methodologies such as Scaled Agile, SaFe, LeSS, or PMP.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical information into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
