What you will do

• Support Network Processing reporting and maintain management dashboards with standard cadence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Finance, and business function leads.
• Deliver project and program reporting, creating executive-level summaries and investment overviews.
• Develop KPIs and program health tracking to provide visibility to key stakeholders.
• Extract, combine, and transform raw data from various source systems into actionable insights.
• Integrate reporting with daily governance practices to drive compliance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Experience with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile SDLC.
• Must be based in Foster City, CA, and available to work in-office 2-3 days a week.
