IT Systems & Services Intern

TL;DR

IT Systems & Services Intern (IT Support): Providing first-line technical support and managing the device lifecycle for a global marketplace of special objects with an accent on end-user support and hardware provisioning. Focus on resolving day-to-day IT issues, streamlining employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining hardware inventory.

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Minimum 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
• Manage end-to-end laptop provisioning, configuration, and hardware logistics.
• Handle employee technology onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup.
• Document technical solutions and share knowledge with end-users.
• Coordinate with senior team members to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and hardware inventory tracking.

Requirements

• Must be enrolled in a Dutch University for the duration of the internship.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic technical skills and a strong understanding of technical terms.
• Experience or knowledge of using Apple laptops.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a curiosity to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch or other additional languages.
