What you will do

• Build and lead a unified technical project management team facilitating collaboration across software and hardware R&D domains.
• Design the frameworks and technical processes to turn bespoke customer needs into repeatable, scalable project successes.
• Lead the synchronization of hardware and software R&D projects to ensure seamless integration and deployment of autonomous systems.
• Implement robust reporting frameworks and real-time dashboards to provide visibility into project health and team performance.
• Manage the allocation of PM resources across software and hardware teams to eliminate R&D bottlenecks.
• Take full ownership of complex, cross-departmental product launches and emergency strategic shifts.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in technical project management or leadership within high-growth SaaS, GovTech, or deep-tech environments.
• Proven history of building and scaling teams from the ground up.
• Deep exposure to hardware and software integration, robotics, or embedded systems.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and advanced planning/reporting platforms.
• Experience handling classified information and supporting B2G (Business-to-Government) customers.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin or Munich.
