What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-site R&D projects from initiation through to product release and industrialization.
• Define project plans, resource requirements, and quality standards in alignment with executive management.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and change processes to ensure business targets are met.
• Provide operational guidance and leadership to cross-functional project teams.
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation scenarios to overcome technical and non-technical challenges.
• Drive continuous improvements in project execution methodologies.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading complex product development projects in an international technical environment.
• Expert knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills in managing global, intercultural teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• English: C1 proficiency required; German skills are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience within the semiconductor industry (processes and packages).
• PMI certification or equivalent.
