What you will do

• Mentor and manage the global IT team while remaining hands-on with daily operational workloads.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including hardware provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Lead global IT projects focusing on infrastructure modernization and internal toolstack scaling.
• Develop AI-first workflows and automation to increase organizational velocity and reduce manual tasks.
• Manage global vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software licenses and hardware.
• Design and troubleshoot a seamless digital environment for employees worldwide.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven experience implementing AI/Automation tools (LLMs, Zapier, Python) to solve business problems.
• Deep expertise in MDM (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and Identity management (Okta) focused on automation.
• Experience in IT desktop support, cloud software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and managing Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android environments.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• SaaS or PaaS management experience.
• Experience with ChromeOS and Chromebooks.
• Linux experience, particularly with Fedora.
