What you will do

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex IT issues across SaaS platforms and identity systems.
• Administer and optimize Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack environments.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives, including identity lifecycle automation and onboarding workflows.
• Partner with Security and Engineering teams to evaluate and integrate new tools.
• Ensure system compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and implement scalable, AI-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, support, or infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and SaaS integrations (SAML, SCIM, APIs).
• Proven ability to support SOC 2 compliance and HIPAA requirements.
• Must be based in the US and available during core ET business hours.
• Experience owning cross-functional technical initiatives independently.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud-based and SaaS environments.
